How to use the Serviceplug

  • Sealing a hydraulic hose with a Yelloc plug for instant leak protection.

    Step 1: Insert

    Insert the Serviceplug. If the serviceplug was in use before, make sure it was cleaned properly. If the Serviceplug is used for the first time, make sure it is suitable for your product.

    Step 2: Push

    Push in the Serviceplug. Please solely push the serviceplug in by hand. NO further tool such as hammers are needed and should NOT be used!

  • Twist the Yelloc service plug into the hose for a secure and leak-proof seal. No tools needed.

    Step 3: Twist

    While pushing in the serviceplug, twist it at the same time. Again, NO other tools are needed for this step.
